3 Day Full Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with our IPTV server within the first 3 days of your subscription, you are eligible for a full refund. Here’s how the process works:
1. Server Adjustment:
– Upon your refund request, we will first change your server to the medium tier.
– If you find satisfaction with the medium server, we will provide you with additional pricing options for continued service.
– If the medium server still does not meet your expectations, we proceed to the next step.
2. Upgrade to Pro Server:
– We will then switch your IPTV line to the pro server.
– Similar to the medium server, if you approve of the pro server, we will discuss additional pricing for extended use.
– If you remain unsatisfied with the pro server, we will initiate a full refund process within the stipulated 3-day period.
Refund Requests Beyond 3 Days
For refund requests made between 3 and 10 days after the initial subscription:
– We will deduct only the first month’s charge from your subscription and process the remaining amount for a refund.
For refund requests made between 10 days and 1 month after the initial subscription:
– You are eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the subscription amount.
After 30 days:
– Unfortunately, refund requests will no longer be accepted, and the subscription becomes non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Please note that certain circumstances do not warrant a refund:
– Adult Content: Refund requests based on the availability of adult content will not be accepted.
– Unavailable Channels: Inability to find specific channels is not a valid reason for a refund.
– Missing Series or Movies: Refunds will not be processed for the unavailability of specific series or movies.
